1983 Mini HLE 1275 Sovereign

The Mini HLE Sovereign is a limited edition, South Africa only car. Unlike the usual HLE’s which had the 1000cc engine, the Sovereign was upgraded to the top of the line 1275cc engine. It also featured a premium wooden dashboard, upgraded interior trim and Sovereign badging. There are believed to be only 46 of these special edition cars ever made!
This rare example is still in a very good condition, with a mark here and there. It runs and drives excellently. These Sovereign Mini’s don’t come up often, and when they do, they don’t stay in the market for long.
